Accreditation Requirements

To become an authorized distributor, applicants must submit the following:

• ✅ Business Registration (DTI/SEC)
• ✅ Mayor’s Permit
• ✅ BIR Registration (Form 2303)
• ✅ Valid Government-issued ID
• ✅ Proof of Billing Address
• ✅ Company Profile (if applicable)

All submitted documents are subject to evaluation and approval.
